Objective

This course is designed to help you achieve a more self-directed, cohesive, and engaged work group. A series of exercises and rich group discussions immerse you in the conversations and critical processes that high-functioning teams utilize to build and sustain success. You have an opportunity to brainstorm, problem-solve, and practice realistic ways to lead your group toward greater alignment and deeper levels of commitment and engagement. Attend this class to enhance your work group leadership skills.
